The Timeline

2019 — ongoing

We were amongst the clouds.

The gentle blue of dusk. Your fingertips and mine.

Floating, floating.

Fleeting.

Amidst the passing of time, space and memory, they ultimately touch me

like the delayed rays of a star.

Here, prints are intentionally left unfixed and continue to change as they are exposed to light. The work remains transient and impermanent for as long as it exists. How does one comprehend time within the material photograph? It it exists in its own Time. Another time, another space, always and already beyond us. And perhaps hope to translate whatever is left into something tangible, something to hold on to. A record saying that you were there, and that I am here.
